Hello! I’m Alf

By day I work with startups. I most recently took over a distressed B2B SaaS company in Singapore, turned it around and sold it. Currently I consult for different startups in the region on their business strategy, go-to-market, and marketing strategy.

Previously I was doing marketing, media production, and special projects at EF Education First in Hong Kong and Japan. Before that, I was doing legal special projects at Rakuten in Tokyo.

By night I run triathlons, play at gigs with my band Music InCommon, or use data to write articles and posts about different fields of interest, from sport to education, from Dungeons and Dragons to startups.
