Tabiteni (tabi suru tenisu – the traveling tennis ball) was a social experiment that asked a simple question: how far can a tennis ball travel? I got a bunch of tennis balls and wrote a hashtag on them. People who received the ball should take a picture of the ball in certain location and then pass it on to the next person. Thus, the tennis balls would travel from person to person, potentially all around the world.
